Radstad Tauern are the westernmost part of the Low Tauern. They are separated from the Schladmingian Tauri by the Obertauern saddle. The highest mountain Weisseck 2711 m. lies in the southern part, but the most popular mountain is the beautifully shaped rock giant Mosermandl 2680 m. Overall, these mountains are rocky and naturally connected to the High Tauern.
